I-Microstructure

I-alloy 625 iyingxube ye-solid-solution matrix-stiffened face-centered-cubic alloy.
Izinhlamvu

Ngenxa yokuqukethwe kwebhokisi eliphansi kanye nokwelashwa kokushisa okuzinzile, i-Inconel 625 ibonisa ukuthambekela okuncane kokuzwela ngisho nangemva kwamahora angu-50 emazingeni okushisa ebangeni elingu-650~450℃.

Ingxubevange inikezwa esimweni esithambile sokusetshenziswa okubandakanya ukugqwala okumanzi (Ingxubevange engu-625, ibanga loku-1), futhi igunyazwe i-TUV yemikhumbi yokucindezela ebangeni lokushisa -196 kuya ku-450℃.

Ukumelana Nokugqwala

Okuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-alloy ye-alloy 625 kuyenza ikwazi ukumelana nezinhlobonhlobo zemvelo yokugqwala. Ezindaweni ezithambile ezifana nomkhathi, amanzi ahlanzekile nawolwandle, usawoti ongathathi hlangothi, kanye nemithombo ye-alkaline cishe akukho ukuhlasela. Esimeni sokugqwala esibi kakhulu inhlanganisela ye-nickel ne-chromium inikeza ukumelana namakhemikhali e-oxidizing, kuyilapho okuqukethwe kwe-nickel ephezulu ne-molybdenum kunikeza ukumelana ne-nonoxidizing ngokumelene nokuzwela ngesikhathi sokushisela, ngaleyo ndlela kuvimbele ukuqhekeka okulandelayo kwe-intergranular. Inguqulo ethambile ye-Alloy 625 (ibanga loku-1) ikhethwa uma isetshenziswa embonini yezinqubo zamakhemikhali, kwezobunjiniyela basolwandle kanye nasezinsizeni zokulawula ukungcola ukuze kuvikelwe imvelo. Izinhlelo zokusebenza ezijwayelekile yilezi:

1. Imishini yokukhiqiza i-superphosphoric acid;

2. Imishini yokulungisa kabusha imfucuza yenuzi;

3. Amashubhu okukhiqiza igesi emuncu;

4. Amapayipi amapayipi kanye nokushiswa kwezikhuphukeli ekuhloleni uwoyela;

5. Imboni yasogwini kanye nempahla yasolwandle;

6. Izingxenye ze-flue gas scrubber kanye ne-damper;

7. Ushimula linings.
Ekufakweni kwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu, kufika cishe ku-1000℃, inguqulo efakwe isisombululo ye-Alloy 625 (ibanga lesi-2) ingasetshenziswa ngokuvumelana nekhodi ye-ASME yemikhumbi yokucindezela. Isicelo esijwayelekile yilezi:
