Normally only available in tubing products, it has a good balance of workability and, because of the presence of lead, machinability.

Applications: Industrial: Power and Pump Cylinder Liners, Power and Pump Cylinders; Ordnance: Primers. Plumbing: plumbing accessories, pump lines, trap lines, j bends, plumbing brass goods.

Analysis: Cu – 66% Zn – 33.5% Fe – .07% Pb – .5%

Common Fabrication Processes: Forming and bending, machining, piercing and punching.
