MENENE KARFE KARFE?

Bakin karfe shine ƙarfe da chromium gami. Yayin da bakin dole ya ƙunshi aƙalla 10.5% chromium, ainihin abubuwan da aka haɗa da ma'auni za su bambanta dangane da matakin da ake buƙata da kuma abin da ake nufi da amfani da karfe.

 

YADDA AKE YIN KARFE KARFE

Madaidaicin tsari don darajar bakin karfe zai bambanta a cikin matakai na gaba. Yadda ake siffata, aiki da gamawa na karfe yana taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen tantance yadda yake kama da kuma yadda yake aiki.

Kafin ka ƙirƙiri samfurin ƙarfe mai iya isarwa, dole ne ka fara ƙirƙirar narkakkar gami.

Saboda wannan yawancin matakan ƙarfe suna raba matakan farawa gama gari.

Mataki na 1: narkewa

Kera bakin karfe yana farawa tare da narkewar karafa da ƙari a cikin tanderun baka na lantarki (EAF). Yin amfani da manyan na'urori masu ƙarfi, EAF yana dumama karafa a cikin sa'o'i masu yawa don ƙirƙirar narkakkar, cakuda ruwa.

Kamar yadda bakin karfe 100% na iya sake yin amfani da su, yawancin oda na bakin karfe sun ƙunshi kusan 60% da aka sake sarrafa su. Wannan yana taimakawa ba kawai sarrafa farashi ba amma rage tasirin muhalli.

Matsakaicin yanayin zafi zai bambanta dangane da ƙimar ƙarfe da aka ƙirƙira.

Mataki 2: Cire Abun Carbon

Carbon yana taimakawa wajen ƙara tauri da ƙarfin ƙarfe. Duk da haka, da yawa carbon iya haifar da matsaloli-kamar carbide hazo a lokacin walda.

Kafin yin narkakkar bakin karfe, daidaitawa da rage abun cikin carbon zuwa matakin da ya dace yana da mahimmanci.

Akwai hanyoyi guda biyu masu tushe masu sarrafa abun cikin carbon.

Na farko shine ta hanyar Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD). Shigar da cakudawar iskar argon a cikin narkakkar karfe yana rage abun cikin carbon tare da ƙarancin asarar wasu muhimman abubuwa.

Wata hanyar da ake amfani da ita ita ce Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization (VOD). Ta wannan hanya, ana tura narkakkar karfe zuwa wani daki inda ake zuba iskar oxygen a cikin karfen yayin da ake shafa zafi. Wutar lantarki ta cire iskar gas daga ɗakin, yana ƙara rage abubuwan da ke cikin carbon.

Duk hanyoyin biyu suna ba da madaidaicin sarrafa abun ciki na carbon don tabbatar da ingantaccen cakuda da ainihin halaye a cikin samfurin bakin karfe na ƙarshe.

Mataki na 3: Tuna

Bayan rage carbon, a karshe daidaita da homogenization na zafin jiki da kuma sunadarai faruwa. Wannan yana tabbatar da cewa ƙarfe ya cika buƙatun don ƙimar da aka nufa da kuma cewa abun da ke tattare da ƙarfe ya yi daidai a cikin tsari.

Ana gwada samfuran kuma ana tantance su. Ana yin gyare-gyare har sai cakuda ya cika daidaitattun da ake bukata.

Mataki na 4: Ƙirƙiri ko Yin Casting

Tare da narkakkar ƙarfe da aka ƙirƙira, ginin dole ne yanzu ya haifar da siffa ta farko da ake amfani da ita don kwantar da aiki da ƙarfe. Madaidaicin siffar da girma zai dogara ne akan samfurin ƙarshe.
